Exhibitor Fee: $2,095.00 per booth

This fee includes:

	An exhibit area with a 10 by 10 foot booth, positioned geographically by region
	One representative’s participation
	One set of appointments and schedule
	Business exchange opportunities during networking receptions
	Event meal functions including opening party, gala dinner and luncheons

One Additional Representative per booth may be registered at an additional $500.00

This fee includes:

Event meal functions including an opening party, two breakfasts, two luncheons and closing gala dinner

Optional Fees

Enhanced Online Profile: $150.00

	One graphic or image uploaded during online registration
	Graphic or image is hyperlinked to your company website

Wednesday Evening Networking Dinner: $50.00

Early Registration Discount
10% Discount on Registration Fees for Exhibitors that complete their online application and submit payment for TMS 2010 by March 1, 2010.

Registration Deadline
Registrations must be received by August 2, 2010.

Payment Deadline
Payments must be received within 30 days of receipt of exhibitor registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by March 5, 2010 will receive a 25% refund. Any exhibitor who fails to cancel in writing by March 5, 2010 is responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given after the March 5, 2010 deadline.
