Exhibitor Fee: $2,095.00 per booth
This fee includes:
- Exhibit area with a 10 by 10-foot booth positioned geographically by region. Booth includes:
- 8" back wall and 3" side walls of pipe and drape.
- Exhibitor sign and booth number.
- One (1) wastebasket.
- One (1) 6' draped table.
- Four (4) side chairs.
- One representative's participation
- Scheduling Directory which includes complete profiles and contact information of all participants (exhibitors and journalists)
- 2 day marketplaces with pre-scheduled appointments in exhibitors' booths
- One set of up to 33 appointments and schedule
- Business exchange opportunities during networking receptions
- Event functions including opening reception, welcome dinner, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 luncheons, closing reception & closing dinner
One additional representative per booth may be registered at an additional $500.

Early Registration Discount
10% Discount on Registration Fees for Exhibitors that complete their online application for TMS 201 by February 15, 2012.
Registration Deadline
Registrations must be received by August 1, 2012
Payment Deadline
Payments must be received within 30 days of receipt of exhibitor registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by March 1, 2012 will receive a 25% refund. Any exhibitor who fails to cancel in
writing by March 1, 2012 is responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given after the March 1, 2012 deadline.
